There is a TV, no cable, but the antenna gets you CBC, and there is Chrome Cast so you can stream from your phone or tablet. There is an "info sheet" with more pertinent information, brochures and suggestions of things to do. Local stores include Jewell's Country Market in Marshfield, The Shore Market at Covehead Harbour in the National Park (really awesome!), and Lily's Convenience and Irving Gas Station in Dunstaffnage. There are some stores nearby with some food and convenience items, but to fully stock up on groceries you will most likely need to go the a big grocery store in Charlottetown (Superstore or Sobeys). All bedrooms have closets and dressers not seen in the photos. The master bedroom and ensuite are off one side of the main living space, and the "guest wing" with two bedrooms, laundry and bathroom is off the other side.
The main living area is in the centre and has a large, high hexagon-shaped ceiling (hence "Honeycomb Cottage"). Honeycomb Cottage is a perfect vacation home for families, couples or friends. There are large front and back yards, a wrap-around deck with BBQ, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, and there is a playground just one lot over from the cottage. Nestled in the cozy cottage community of MacIntyre Shore in Donaldston, PEI (Mount Stewart postal district), Honeycomb Cottage is close to many beaches, and a short drive to Charlottetown, Cavendish, golf courses, the National Park (Park Pass available for guests to borrow), and many outdoor activities.
